LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) is a hydrocarbon gas that exists in a liquefied form. LPG is a colorless, low-carbon, and highly efficient fuel. Supplied in two main forms, propane (C3H8) and butane (C₄H₁₀), Lucky Bharat Gas offers a versatile range of LPG solutions. Our LPG finds applications in cooking for homes, hotels, restaurants, and catering services, as well as fueling industries and more.
LPG naturally exists in vapor form and can be easily liquefied by moderate pressures. This makes it very convenient to store, transport, and handle, providing our users with hassle-free operations. Lucky Bharat Gas prioritizes safety, as LPG has a high ignition temperature, approximately 450-510°C, compared to about 177-329°C for gasoline. This characteristic makes it less likely to ignite spontaneously.

Starting with our portable 5kg cylinder, our hugely popular 19kg package, space-saving 35kg cylinders, and large 47.5kg capacity cylinders to the Jumbo 450kg Hippo Cylinders, Lucky Bharat Gas offers a comprehensive range of LPG packages. We also provide bulk tankers in various capacities ranging from 6 MT to 18 MT, allowing our customers to choose the package that best suits their requirements. Our state-of-the-art blending plant at JNPT enables us to provide butane and propane separately, enhancing the end product’s performance for customers who need specific gas types.

Conventional VOT Installations The VOT (Vapour Off-Take) installation is the conventional cylinder setup for industries with minimal fuel requirements. It is the most common type of installation, primarily used with single LPG cylinders, and is suitable for applications with a maximum LPG off-take of less than 60kg per hour. Due to its design and working principle, this type of installation is recommended for consumers with relatively low LPG usage.
LOT Installations Liquid Off-Take (LOT) LPG installations provide an effective and safer option over conventional Vapor Off Take (VOT) cylinders when high flow rates are required. LOT installations employ a vaporizer and are currently being used in various commercial and industrial applications for customers with high flow rate LPG needs. The LOT (Liquid Off-Take) installation is designed for industrial users with higher fuel requirements. In this installation type, liquid LPG is withdrawn from the cylinders and fed into the vaporizer, thus maintaining the temperature of the LPG cylinder.
